To support the announcement of a new multi-million dollar contract, Party Concepts erected facilities for a VIP audience of 1,000 people. The walled tent featured a stage with podium microphone and special accommodations for an audio-visual presentation.

Charity Sporting Event

Volunteers for a national organization’s annual fundraiser relied on Party Concepts to provide tent site design services for their new race venue. Tents set over a 40-acre area accommodated registration, food service and exhibits to serve more than 11,000 attendees.

Party Concepts created a magical atmosphere for the event’s climactic black-tie awards banquet. A completely clear tent was strung with decorative lights under the night sky.  Inside, elegant linens and elaborate designer table decorations made a one-of-a-kind evening for valued guests.
